This week we travelled to Ireland to complete a site upscale at a cement mill. Our customer opted to monitor additional large motors and a gearbox application after the success of their initial installation earlier this year.
Cement mills can be extremely dusty environments so the Sensoteq Kappa sensor is the perfect wireless option with an IP rating of 69K – the highest protection possible.
Installation was complete in less than 10 minutes, and our customer could begin analysing the data from our Analytix platform within 1 hour of installation.
